First up, we have Ruth Rood of Green Sea Coaching. She trained with the Coaches Training Institute in 2005 and has been passionate about helping business owners achieve success ever since. Ruth helps her clients find the perfect work/life balance which is done through 40 minute weekly coaching sessions, either face to face or over the telephone.
Since completing her training Ruth has worked with a steady stream of clients, all of whom have taken their business forward while gaining more control of their lives.
